NEW Sound Immersion 1 hour £55
During this immersive one to one session, I will gently bathe you in sound, intuitively using the gong, drum, bowls, rattles, lyre, and tuning forks, working with your own personal requests and the energy of the present moment, to create a soundscape that will leave you feeling totally relaxed and rejuvenated. This treatment is a gentle, but powerful way to bring about a sense of inner peace and relaxation, immersing you in a beautiful variation of sounds.
Sound Therapy 1 hour £45 / 30 minutes £25
During this session tuning forks are used as a powerful tool, allowing precise frequencies to be placed on and around the body. Sound waves will then travel through the body and to the brain which triggers relaxation within the nervous system. The effect calms and slows the brain waves into the healing meditative state of Theta and Delta. It is in these states that healing can occur.
Solfeggio Sound Therapy 2 hours £75
This treatment includes a full sound therapy session and additionally includes the 9 sacred solfeggio frequencies. This is a very powerful system for deeper healing of negative behavioural patterns and self limiting beliefs. The 9 frequencies and their focus:

These sessions will be kept informal and relaxed, and I will use sound to relax or engage the child, depending on their specific needs. The parent/ carer must be present throughout.

This treatment involves the placing of hands onto the body. Reiki (universal energy) is then channeled into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient’s body and restore physical and emotional well-being.
Sound Therapy and Reiki 1 hour £45 / 2 hours £75
Combine these two powerful energy healing modalities for the ultimate treatment. Together, they will energize you, clearing energetic and emotional blockages, creating a state of inner calm and peace. This is a deeply relaxing, rejuvenating combination.
The Gaia Experience 2 hours £75 (Focus: Connecting with Mother Nature)
This session will begin with a card reading using The Wisdom of Trees Oracle cards. We can set an intention and discuss any particular concerns you have. I will then perform a full sound therapy session to clear, cleanse and balance your chakras and energy followed by the amazing Rhythm of Gaia fork. This will gently relax you and tune you into the beautiful, vibrant rhythms of Mother Nature. I will then intuitively use Reiki on any areas requiring further attention. We will finish with a grounding meditation.
The Goddess Experience (2 hours) £75 (Focus: Connecting with your inner Goddess)
This session will begin with a card reading using Goddess Guidance Oracle cards. We can set an intention and discuss any particular concerns you have. I will then perform a full sound therapy session to clear, cleanse and balance your chakras and energy followed by the beautiful Temple fork. This fork is weighted and will be placed onto the body so that the sounds vibrate within the physical body as well as the energy field. This will soothe your soul and connect you to the celebrated times of temples and Goddesses. I will then intuitively use Reiki on any areas requiring further attention. We will finish with a Goddess meditation.
The Devine Feminine Experience 2 hours £75 (Focus: Women’s health)
Firstly we will discuss how I can assist you best and discuss the issues you are currently facing. We will begin with a card reading using your choice of Oracle cards. This session will include a normal one hour sound therapy session to clear, cleanse and balance your chakras and energy. I will then use the Devine Feminine tuning forks, with particular emphasis on the root and sacral chakras. We will use the forks of the Moon, Isis and Venus to gently release any blocks that may be stuck regarding your femininity, sexuality or creativity. I will intuitively use Reiki in any areas requiring extra attention. You may unlock stuck emotions that are preventing you from living in your own Devine Feminine power, or that are presenting as certain addictions.
Lunar Love 2 hours £75 (Focus: Connecting with the moon)
Inspired by Moon magick, during this session you will receive a Queen of The Moon Oracle cards reading , guidance on how to connect with Lunar Cycles, Selenite wands (named after the Greek Moon Goddess, Selene), and also known as “liquid light”, to heal and energize you, a full Sound Therapy session, extra Moon fork, Reiki, a Cosmic guided meditation, information on our current Moon phase and an Aura cleanse. (Selenite helps you become more receptive to the signs, synchronicity, and messages from the universe. It promotes deep peace, focus, clarity, divination and protection.)
Womb Healing with sound therapy
(1 hour 30 minutes) £65
This treatment includes sound healing techniques and tools to work specifically with the womb. We will assess your own individual needs and I will work intuitively, using the wisdom of the Womb Medicine Wheel and tailored tuning forks. Together we can journey into the womb, working with the elements and heart-womb connection, to bring you back into balance in your womb.
I advise an hour or two of quiet time after this session for reflection. The treatment can sometimes bring up deep rooted emotions which may take time and space to process.
